RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinical Leadership and Oversight: Provide clinical leadership and direction for all clinical services at MWS.
Develop and implement strategies that enhance the quality of care, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction across all facilities and programs.
- Program Management and Integration: Ensure that clinical programs across different services are effectively integrated and aligned with the organisation's goals.
Develop and oversee initiatives that promote seamless transitions and continuity of care for patients moving between different care settings.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Establish and maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
Implement quality assurance programs that measure and enhance the quality of care and ensure all services meet or exceed regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines and services.
Foster a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and excellence in patient care.
- Operational Management: Oversee the operational aspects of clinical services, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
Ensure that each service area is optimally staffed and resourced to meet patient needs efficiently.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary clinical liaison with healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to support integrated care delivery and patient satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Education: Medical degree required.
Additional qualifications in healthcare management, public health, or a related field are highly advantageous.
- Experience: At least 7 years of clinical experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple service areas in a healthcare setting.
- Licensure: Valid medical license and any other certifications required for healthcare practice in the jurisdiction.
