As a Principal / Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales activities, connecting with new and existing clients, and forging strong business relationships.

You'll be the mastermind behind sourcing top talent, leveraging business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, and innovative recruiting strategies.

Your role will include managing your own pipeline, hitting individual and team targets, and thriving in a supportive, collaborative team environment.

You'll also be hands-on with candidate care activities and recruitment administration.

Responsibilities

  • Thrive in a sales-driven environment and build new client relationships with enthusiasm.

  • Source top talent through various channels including business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, and job boards advertising.

  • Manage your own schedule to effectively create and manage a pipeline, achieving individual and team targets.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Collaborate within a supportive team environment and contribute to collective success.

  • Handle candidate care activities and perform database and recruitment administration tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma or degree with minimally 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related business field.

  • Preferred experience in recruitment; a strong drive to succeed in sales is essential.

  • Prior industry experience recruiting within HR / A&F / Legal will be preferred.

  • Passion for identifying talent needs and assisting candidates in finding the right career path.

  • Energetic and proactive personality with excellent communication skills.

  • Proven ability to be a team player, take initiative, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
