Responsibilities
Own the overall UI direction and vision for casual mobile games, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
Design, prototype, and iterate on interfaces, layouts, and user flows for menus, HUDs, popups, and onboarding experiences.
Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of UI into game.
Establish and maintain UI pipelines, guidelines, and component libraries to streamline production and ensure consistent quality.
Balance aesthetics and functionality to ensure visual design enhances usability and supports gameplay, events, and monetization features.
Stay up to date on UI trends and reference top-performing casual games to identify best practices and continuously improve UI quality and player experience.
Mentor and guide other UI designers to foster creative growth and technical excellence within the team.
Requirements
At least three years of experience designing UI for interactive or digital products.
Strong portfolio with a proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX designs.
Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, color, layout, typography, and composition.
Strong logical and structured thinking with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear visual communication.
Ability to analyze top games and apply effective UI/UX patterns to improve player engagement.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across art, design, and engineering teams.
High attention to detail, consistency, and problem-solving in design execution.
