The Private Residence Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management and daily operations of a private residence.
This role ensures the seamless functioning, maintenance, safety and security of the property while delivering the highest standard of service and discretion.
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the household, ensuring well maintainace of all areas of the private residence property
- Coordinate and supervise external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and other specialized services
- Manage household budgets, expenses, and financial reporting, ensuring cost-efficiency and transparency
- Plan and oversee renovation and improvement projects, including contractor management and quality control
- Maintain household systems and equipment
- Coordinate personal and household services
- Manage the executive and family calendars, including appointments and travel arrangements
- Oversee the purchasing and inventory of household items and supplies
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned to support the smooth running of the residence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury household or estate management
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in budgeting, vendor negotiation, and property management systems

Pay: $4, $5,000.00 per month
