Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in administrating documents, purchase orders at site office
- Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel
- Liaise closely with head office for necessary documentation
- Develop and implement Pulic Relation Programme to meet the project goals
- Work closely with Project Team and initiate proactive measures to mitigate complaints
- Manage feedbacks and complaints from external stakeholders
- Generate reports on feedbacks/complaints received
- Draft publicity materials including circulars
- Maintain and attend to the hotline phone-calls
- Support Project Team with administrative / clerical duties
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the management deem fit.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Public Relations / Communications or related field
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in related field
- Proficient in MS Office.
