Experience
Overall experience of 6 to 10 years in professional organisations
3- 5 years of experience in Process Documentation, Assurance, or similar areas.
Experience in Communications, PMO or similar roles in IT.
Hands on experience in SDLC processes will be a plus
Experience creating Process Documents using MS Word, MS Visio, PPT etc.
Experience working on Confluence, JIRA and other tools will be an added advantage
Experience in using AI tools to solve problems and automate processes would be an added advantage
