Responsibilities
Determine Origin of Deviation, Isolate Cause, and Dispose Deviation LotsManage product deviations through investigation, identification, notification, containment, documentation, and dispositionMaintain knowledge of department equipment, materials, and processes to identify cause(s) of deviationMaintain understanding of equipment technology and packaging/testing techniquesTroubleshoot deviations using systematic troubleshooting techniquesIdentify product deviations and determine how the deviation affects each product typeComplete and dispose lots on hold for QDR teamProvide passdowns that are detailed, accurate, and complete including written notes when appropriateExtract data from a variety of sources/tools such as EUI, ETI, MAM, AOST tools, etcAddress and keep supervisor informed of all issues in a timely fashionAssist supervisor to ensure issues are addressed appropriately and in a timely and consistent mannerRequirements
Higher NITEC/ Diploma in EngineeringRelevant experiences in process control
