Responsibilities
Optimize plant work processes and production by reviewing current process gaps and leading implementation of new or improved processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of process changes.
Proactively identify potential issues to prevent incidents and ensure operations align with design specifications.
Champion Risk Assessments and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
Follow through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle and conduct regular checks and briefings.
Serve as trainer for engineers and senior engineers, transferring knowledge on new or changed processes.
Conduct training for technicians to ensure proficiency in updated processes.
Support new product development and scale-up activities in cross-functional teams.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a process engineer.
Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
Intermediate MS Office skills and data analysis using quality tools.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret P&ID.
Knowledge of chemical operation process equipment and chemical handling.
Familiarity with ISO9000, 14000, 45000, and 50000 standards.
Internal auditing skills and ability to conduct actual risk assessments.
