Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to meet product requirements.
Lead and support in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects builds.
Create and maintain process documentation (SOPs) and work instructions.
Provide training and guidance to production teams.
Optimize process to improve yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze process performance through KPIs (yield, cycle time, scrap, downtime).
Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations, defects, and equipment-related problems.
Lead and support for the product transfer to MFG.
Prerequisites (Qualifications and Experience):
Diploma and Engineering or Degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical and Mechatronics).
Experience in automation, robotics, or Industry (Internship /project).
Strong knowledge of process engineering, including process design.
Proficiency with relevant software like CAD, AutoCAD.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
