Role Summary
You will be responsible for assisting engineers with new product introduction (NTO), performing data analysis, executing experimental lots, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing flow.
Key Responsibilities
Performing various tasks with module engineers and technicians to setup a new product (NTO) including inline control plans, NTO lot arrangement, and failure analysis submissions.
Performing routine inline/WAT data analysis under the guidance of the process integration engineering staff using established data analysis procedures and software.
Writing and execution of experimental lot requests and then work with the factory system technicians to ensure these requests are created and implemented correctly.
Coordinate Fab user/MFG team to drive compliance to manufacturing flow change standard domain and automation implementation.
Interacting with fab shift supervisors, module engineers, integration and product engineers in support of customer prototype product lots, technology and product qualification lots and other customer-critical wafer deliverables.
Completing all required reporting and documentation
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences
A Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes in one or more areas such as Thin Films, Etching, Photolithography, Diffusion, or WAT is an advantage.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse background.
