Pfizer Singapore recruits permanent employees for the manufacturing site expansion of PFIZER ASIA MANUFACTURING PTE LTD (PAMPL) in Singapore.
POSITION SUMMARY
Lead, direct and coach the changeover team, including developing and communicating objectives, setting priorities, development plans and managing performance.
The team will be responsible for developing, executing, monitoring, and tracking changeover cleaning of all the process equipment in dispensary, tank farm, OSP and mill building.
Key to the success of this position is innovative and strategic thinking and collaboration with value stream and operations team to achieve business goals.
Actively promote teamwork and clear communication through the involvement and cooperation of the team with technical services, value stream and operations team.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the performance of the cleaning team in Safety, Quality, Supply, Financials and People.
Ensure that the Tier 1 unit is working in alignment with Production and IMEx standards.
Lead, direct and coach the direct team, including developing and communicating objectives, priorities, development plans and conducting performance reviews.
Responsible for resource planning and budgeting for changeover cleaning.
Drive continuous improvements for equipment changeover cleaning.
Promote Safety, Quality, and Environment (SQE) awareness amongst the team and ensure that all investigations and changeover related incidents are fully completed and closed in a timely manner.
Implement initiatives to improve the Right First Time (RFT) for equipment changeover cleaning and ensure adherence to the changeover schedule.
Ensure that documentation metrics meet the targets and that the systems are in a constant state of regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
Understand all GMP and technical systems related to equipment changeover.
Ensure that the site is inspection ready through identification and development of SME for each system.

EXPERIENCE
5-10 years relevant experience within the API or related industries.
