Involve in the assembly of water treatment modules based on technical drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Report production status, module performance, and issues to the production supervisor or manager.
Follow precise guidelines to ensure all components are installed and connected properly.
Use tools such as hand tools, power tools, and other machinery to build modules according to design specifications.
Conduct functional and performance tests on assembled modules to verify they meet quality and safety standards.
Monitor and adjust production processes to optimize assembly efficiency and quality.
Ensure that all materials and components are used effectively to minimize waste.
Ensure proper handling of materials, equipment, and tools to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Adhere to strict safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Operate machinery and tools safely, ensuring all team members follow proper safety measures.
Comply with environmental and company policies related to manufacturing processes, including handling of hazardous materials when applicable.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably in water technology, mechanical assembly, or similar industries.
Experience working with water treatment equipment or modular systems is a strong advantage.
Ability to perform tests and troubleshooting tasks on assembled modules.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to workplace protocols.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.
A technical certificate in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials of varying weights and sizes.
Experience on ERP systems (SAP) is advantageous
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and/or overtime as needed.
