Responsibilities
· Conduct regular audits of manufacturing or service processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
· Monitor critical process parameters and ensure they are maintained within specified limits.
· Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality control plans.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
· Collaborate with regulatory bodies for process validation and certification.
· Investigate product or process non-conformities and perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
· Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address defects or process inefficiencies.
· Collaborate with teams to develop solutions and prevent recurrence of quality issues
· Collect and analyze quality data from various stages of the process.
· Prepare reports on quality performance metrics, including defect rates, process capability (CP, CPK), and trends.
· Present findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
· Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce variability, waste, and inefficiencies.
· Lead or participate in quality improvement projects to enhance process stability and product consistency.
· Provide training to production and engineering teams on quality standards, procedures, and problem-solving techniques.
· Develop and promote quality awareness across the organization.
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
· years of experience in a quality assurance or process engineering role, preferably in manufacturing or production environments
· Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ISO 9001 Auditor) is a plus
· Proficient in statistical process control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective / Preventive Action (CAPA) systems
· Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 or equivalent
