**What You Will Do**

+ Perform repair maintenance, troubleshooting or modification of engine parts in the workshop.
+ Perform cross-functional jobs in the repair operations process with a focus in Painting, Sheetmetal and Plasma Spray.
+ Participate in production linearity projects and setup, housekeeping and other workshop activities as instructed by the supervisor.
+ Upkeep & maintain all operational tooling and fixtures.
+ Perform various painting and bench repair works such as masking, blending, inserts & broken studs removal/replacement per technical manuals.
+ Interpret rework dimensions & understand the requirements from technical blue – prints.
+ Inspect work using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
+ Assist line supervisor in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.

**Qualifications You Must Have**

+ NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or any other related engineering discipline.
+ 2 years of relevant experience in either paint shop or Sheetmetal is required.
+ Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
+ Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
+ Commit to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.

**Qualifications We Prefer**

+ Experience in repair / paint shop within the aerospace industry is a plus.
