Procurement Admin Assistant Job Opening In North West Community Development Council – Now Hiring MCI Career Services Pte Ltd


Job description

Job Summary:

Salary: $2,200 – $2,800
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:30pm
Location: Tuas Naval Base OR Sembawang Camp

Responsibilities:

  • Source and compare quotes from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability of goods and services
  • Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR) using company/Authority IT systems in compliance with established procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, monitor delivery schedules, and update inventory systems
  • Coordinate with suppliers, follow up on pending orders, and resolve any delivery or invoice discrepancies
  • Provide support for logistics, equipment management, events, and other administrative or operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant procurement or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
