Procurement & Administrative Assistant // Govt Agencies
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Mon-Thu(830am-6pm), Fri(830am-530pm)
Salary: $15 per hr
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Job Scope:
- Provide procurement and administrative support for projects, including liaison with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support committees and ensure timely communication with advisers, members, and partners.
- Assist in project management, including procurement matters, timeline tracking, and coordination with project managers.
- Engage with corporate and community partners, and support outreach activities.
- Maintain and update project-related databases and records.
- Handle feedback, requests, and complaints, referring them to the relevant authorities when required.
- Prepare and compile reports for meetings and other regular or ad hoc submissions.
- Coordinate with members to convey updates and ensure attendance at meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, procurement, or community development.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling reports and data.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
