Working Details
Working timing: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.45pm
Working location: Jurong Island (Both ways transport pick up from major MRT stations, 18 MRT pickup points)
Job Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and secretarial tasks.
Coordinate and assist with scheduling of appointments, meetings, conferences, and events.
Manage and replenish office and pantry supplies as required.
Provide support to inter-departmental teams when necessary.
Liaise with external parties including guests, visitors, clients, and vendors.
Assist with processing purchase orders, office/pantry supply requests, hotel bookings, and flight arrangements.
Track and update purchase orders, job progress, and delivery status.
Reconcile purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
Maintain document management and filing systems.
