Procurement Operations
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach and mentor the procurement team in executing tenders, RFPs, and quotations to meet departmental KPIs.
- Guide the logistics team in daily supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with procurement guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to address performance and supply issues proactively.
Strategic Sourcing & Risk Management
- Develop sourcing strategies that enhance value across the functional area.
- Review procurement activities to meet audit requirements and minimize operational risks.
- Identify potential pitfalls in procurement processes and implement effective mitigation measures.
Process Improvement
- Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve productivity while maintaining governance standards.
Additional Duties
-Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support project and departmental objectives.
