Job Description
· Issuing of Purchase Order via ERP system
· Source for materials and negotiate for best price
· Liaise with in house transport department to arrange delivery of materials
· Arrange shipment for overseas order
· Check and record employee's petty cash claims
· Inventory Management via ERP system (Stock take, Equipment tracking etc)
· Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance Record
· Keeping the insurance of all equipment up to date
· Any other ad-hoc tasks required
Job Requirement
· Minimum GCE ''O'' Level.
· Able to multitask and hardworking.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Having experience in ERP/ Inventory software will be a plus
· Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
