Job Description:
· Providing administrative support to the sourcing team
· Providing commercial support to the sourcing team
· Managing data input into Meijer's IT systems
· Assisting the Sourcing team in managing P/O processing and order follow up
· Sample coordination
· Assisting the Sourcing team in coaching vendors on company's requirements, communicate closely with internal teams and vendors.
Education and Experience Required:
· Bachelor's degree preferably
· Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar organization
· Some knowledge of U.S. retail industry/sourcing industry
· Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word.
Proficient knowledge of Excel PIVOT table and VLOOKUP functions would be preferred
· Ability to learn company systems and tools
