Overview

MoneyHero Group (MHG) is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to help us create intuitive, high-converting experiences that empower users across Asia to make smarter financial decisions.

You’ll be part of a lean, fast-moving design team working across markets—Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Taiwan, and across verticals spanning credit cards, loans, insurance, and more.

You’ll contribute to shipping impactful product features, improving existing flows, and supporting short-term projects like campaign landing pages and microsites.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other designers—and use AI tools every step of the way to work faster and smarter.

What You Will Do

• Design end-to-end product experiences, from rapid prototyping to detailed UI and developer handoff.
  
  
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and growth teams to design user journeys that convert—from long-term product flows to fast-turnaround campaign pages.
  
  
• Apply and evolve our design system in Figma to deliver consistent, scalable designs across web and mobile.
  
  
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT to accelerate UX writing, content generation, ideation, and research.
  
  
• Incorporate insights from analytics, user testing, and experiments to iterate and improve designs.
  
  
• Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and contribute to QA.
  
  
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and performance improvements across our platform.
  
  

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have

• A strong product mindset and focus on shipping designs that drive measurable impact.
  
  
• Experience designing for conversion in consumer-facing web or mobile products.
  
  
• Ability to balance thoughtful product work with fast, scrappy design when needed.
  
  
• Curiosity about AI and interest in using it to streamline your workflow.
  
  
• Solid collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UX/UI or product design experience, with a portfolio that includes both product features and campaign or marketing work.
  
  
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
  
  
• Good understanding of responsive design and interaction best practices.
  
  
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) as part of your design workflow.
  
  
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment.

If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process.
