Product Development and Management Role
We are seeking a Product Innovation Manager to drive new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring consumer insights are translated into winning products.
This is a hands-on role where you will work with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into products that reach millions of families worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new product development projects from concept to launch by collaborating with R&D and packaging teams to shape product design, features, and functionality.
- Manage the product lifecycle – from pipeline planning, SKU rationalization, to renewals and innovations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and whitespace.
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements across multiple regional markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to build strong product positioning and launch toolkits for local markets.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in product management or new product development, ideally in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or personal care.
- Strong analytical mindset with exposure to market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor).
- Excellent project management skills — able to manage multiple launches across different markets.
- A creative and proactive problem-solver with passion for product innovation.
