Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage the rewards system as directed by the Program Manager.
- Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports.
- Coordinate with partners to onboard rewards offerings and manage vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams on campaign-based rewards activities.
- Support procurement and setup of merchandise and operational equipment like vending machines.
- Assist with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT teams.
- Oversee rewards distribution systems, including maintenance and inventory management.
- Address patron inquiries and support reward redemption processes.
- Track redemptions, gather feedback, and identify areas for program improvement.
- Ensure smooth integration of the rewards program with daily operations.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong ability to track and analyse program performance metrics.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.
