Responsibilities
- Strategy Implementation: The candidate is responsible for executing the company's 3M strategies—multi-product, multi-brand, and multi-category—which is a framework for market segmentation and product diversification.
- Global Expansion: A primary focus is on expanding the company's global footprint by promoting and developing its premium and proprietary brands.
This suggests the role has an international scope.
- Market Analysis & Planning: The duties involve heavy reliance on market monitoring, data analysis (compiling volume data), and strategic planning (preparing business plans).
- Stakeholder Management: The person serves as a central hub, liaising with principals (suppliers/brand owners) and sharing information within the Group (internal teams/subsidiaries).
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field
- Experience in product planning or b2b business will be an added advantage
- Experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage
- Suitable for candidate who enjoy utilizing data analytic tools and interest in market research, analysing data, and presenting findings
