Job Responsibilities
Manage and take ownership of product initiatives for merchant acquiring services, including payment acceptance, external-facing API designs, merchant onboarding, settlement, and overall user payment experience.
Define product strategies and roadmaps with a data-driven mindset to scale merchant integration and improve key metrics such as payment success rates and transaction volume.
Coordinate with business development, marketing, and operations teams to understand user and merchant needs and optimize product offerings.
Collaborate with risk, fraud, legal, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant payment flows while maintaining a positive user experience.
Manage relationships with global and regional key-account partners.
Draft clear product requirement documents (PRDs) detailing business flows and technical specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2-4 years of product management experience in payments, fintech, consumer banking, or e-commerce.
Experience with payment methods like e-wallets, Buy Now Pay Later, credit/debit cards is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and coordinate cross-team projects.
Analytical, data-driven mindset; experience with SQL and dashboards is strongly preferred.
Highly organized, proactive, self-driven, able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Technical literacy to work closely with engineers and understand system architecture and APIs.
Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus.
