The Challenge

Resmed is a leading health technology company focused on sleep, breathing, and care delivered in the home.

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) affects over one billion people globally, yet more than 80% of cases remain undiagnosed and untreated.

Home sleep testing technology is critical to unblock bottlenecks in the pathway to accessing life-changing therapy.

Despite growing awareness and demand for sleep tests, patient wait times and backlogs are increasing due to the immense operational burdens faced by sleep labs.

Resmed’s Diagnostics team is dedicated to enabling more patients to access a diagnosis.

We are committed to developing solutions that help providers diagnose patients more efficiently and accurately—while delivering seamless, easy diagnostic experiences for patients.

The Product Manager – Consumer Diagnostics will evolve our portfolio of home and sleep lab products and define how they continuously add value for consumers, providers, and ResMed.

This role serves as the connective tissue between product strategy, business strategy, and product delivery.

ResMed has the commercial footprint, engineering talent, and vision to fundamentally reshape the way people manage their sleep—now we need Product Managers who can bring it all together.

  • Deep Experience
    3+ years in product management, product marketing, or strategy—ideally with experience in health tech, consumer products, or regulated industries.

    An MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Medicine, Marketing, or a related field is a plus—but your ability to think critically and execute effectively matters most.

    A solid grasp of commercial strategy, digital and mechanical technologies, and the nuances of healthcare (e.g., clinical, compliance, regulatory).
