Key Responsibilities
Manage the full product lifecycle — from concept, research, and design through to delivery, maintenance, and enhancement.
Drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs.
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer pain points.
Gather and define business requirements, write user stories, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with cross‐functional teams.
Partner with UX designers and stakeholders to craft intuitive and effective user journeys.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring service levels and deliverables are met.
Support change management, service request management, and incident/problem management activities.
Execute go‐to‐market, adoption, and usage strategies to maximize product value and impact.
Continuously track key metrics to measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in digital product management with a solid understanding of the product lifecycle.
Proven ability to apply product management disciplines to drive research, conceptualization, development, and adoption of impactful products.
Strong technical understanding to effectively communicate with engineering teams and stakeholders.
Experience in vendor and contract management, change/service request management, and incident/problem management.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
Familiarity with user authentication and identity management concepts.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across organizational boundaries.
Data analytics and visualization experience will be an advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‐solving skills with a user‐centric mindset.
