About The Opportunity
We are looking for a data-driven and customer-obsessed
Push Product Manager
to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our push notification systems.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of push messaging, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, CRM, and analytics to build personalized, timely, and high-impact messaging experiences across our mobile and web platforms.


You will play a key role in driving user engagement, retention, and conversion through effective use of push notifications—balancing personalization, timing, frequency, and business impact.


What You'll Be Doing
Own the
product roadmap
for push notifications across platforms (mobile, web, app).


Define and drive the
strategy for push messaging , including targeting, personalization, segmentation, and delivery logic.


Partner with CRM, marketing, and lifecycle teams to support campaign execution through platform capabilities.


Work closely with engineering to design and scale the
push notification infrastructure , ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.


Lead experimentation (A/B tests) to optimize send times, copy, CTA, and frequency caps.


Monitor and report on key engagement metrics ( CTR, opt-in/out, delivery rate, conversions) to inform strategy and improvements.


Ensure push experiences are aligned with customer needs and are
non-intrusive, valuable, and timely .


Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).


Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices in push notification technology and lifecycle marketing.


What We Look For In You
3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, news, e-commerce, or mobile-first companies.


Experience with
mobile ecosystems
(iOS/Android push behavior, permissions, etc.).


Good understanding of different vendors' push notification rules and capabilities.


Strong analytical and experimentation mindset; comfort with A/B testing tools and data platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, Looker).


Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, and marketing teams.


Ability to write clear and concise product requirements and user stories.


Excellent communication and stakeholder management.


Nice-To-Haves
Background in
CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention .


Familiarity with
in-app messaging, SMS, email, and multi-channel orchestration .


Prior experience working with personalization and machine learning models.


Technical fluency to work effectively with developers on system architecture.
