About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager with strong experience in WooCommerce or equivalent platforms to lead the development and optimization of our digital commerce ecosystem.
This role is ideal for candidates with a CX or eCommerce background and a strong technical foundation, who are passionate about creating seamless customer journeys and scalable product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap for our eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), clearly outlining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Drive improvements in customer journey mapping, website features, and support ticketing workflows.
- Analyze customer feedback and support data to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements.
- Define and refine product positioning to ensure clarity and differentiation in the market.
- Prepare for future expansion into native mobile apps, contributing to early planning and strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing products on WooCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of CX principles, customer support systems, and digital product lifecycle.
- Ability to write clear and actionable PRDs and manage agile product development processes.
- Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience with mobile product development is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
