Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the product development process, including defining product requirements, overseeing implementation, ensuring product adoption, continuous product expansion, and advocating for specific products and solutions across securities/asset services data.
- Contribute to analysis, design, quality control, and documentation for securities/asset services data.
- Lead production ideation, requirements gathering, vendor engagement, and roadmap execution.
- Document and maintain clear product requirements to guide business and technical teams in building, launching, and marketing products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Solutions, Engineering, Product, and Data Science.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for Sales and Client Solutions teams to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify expansion opportunities through market research and customer interactions to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and the competitor landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Math, Engineering or related field.
- At least 8+ years of Fund Services or Custody experience in the financial and market data space.
- Exposure to Asset Servicing, Securities Services, Fund Accounting (e.g., ABOR, CBOR, IBOR), Public and Private Markets, or portfolio performance-related work.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and escalate critical issues to facilitate efficient decision making; provide oversight and guidance to a team.
- Ability to distill feedback into root causes and provide actionable input to stakeholders.
- Excellent business presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven expertise in leading strategic product initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, process, and influencing skills.
- Functional knowledge of programming languages (Python or R) and database languages (SQL).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems in fast-moving environments.
- Prior experience with data management offerings focusing on Securities Services Data.
- Understanding of needs and obligations specific to Asset Owners and Asset Managers.
