Job Description: Product Manager, Safety Domain

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead our Safety domain - focused on protecting users from fraud, scams, and emerging threats.

This is a mission-critical role for a technical and security-minded product thinker who can shape protective features without compromising user experience or business goals.

You’ll work closely with fraud operations, engineering, and customer support to identify threats, design defenses, and build both user-facing safety features and backend detection systems.

We’re not looking for a generalist - you should bring meaningful experience building secure systems or working in fraud prevention environments.

You will:

  • End-to-end product ownership of our Safety team - including user-facing features, internal tools, and detection systems
  • Define roadmap and priorities to reduce fraud/scam loss while minimizing user friction
  • Work closely with Transaction Monitoring and Application Support team to respond to new threat patterns and scale our fraud response capabilities
  • Design, evaluate, and implement fraud tooling and integrations - both build and buy
  • Bring structured thinking to ambiguous threat scenarios and propose practical, user-aware solutions
  • Be a thought partner across product, engineering, and business teams for all security-related initiatives
  • Own and evolve KPIs such as fraud loss rate, scam incidence, and friction score

Requirements

You have:

  • 4-7 years of work experience in product management, ideally with exposure to FinTech and Safety/Security issues 
  • Proven track record of cross-functionally collaboration and execution on complex issues and making sound decisions rapidly 
  • Strong knowledge of product processes and operation process enhancements, as well as experience working with both mobile and web applications, with good UI/UX intuition/acumen  
  • A passion for combating fraud and scam activity
