We are seeking a motivated Product Manager, focusing on collaboration with vendors, partners, and customers.
This role emphasizes working closely with technology vendors and channel partners to build strong product knowledge, develop go-to-market strategies, and explore new business opportunities.
At the same time, the Product Manager will engage with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions that align with our vendor offerings.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or diploma holders who are passionate about IT technologies, eager to learn from vendors and partners, and interested in contributing to business growth through customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, distributors, and solution partners.
Learn in depth about the products, technologies, and solutions offered by vendors and partners.
Collaborate with vendor and partner teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
Support the sales team with product information, quotations, and solution proposals.
Coordinate with vendors and partners on pricing, promotions, training sessions, and certification programs.
Participate in vendor and partner meetings, workshops, and enablement sessions to continuously improve technical and commercial knowledge.
Keep internal teams updated on product developments, market trends, and vendor roadmaps.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn directly from vendors and partners about new technologies.
Interest in IT solution design and customer engagement.
Organized and detail-oriented, with good coordination and follow-up skills.
