  • Systematically evaluate feature requests / use cases from stakeholders and proactively initiate new feature ideas / use cases.

    Then, transform them into product requirements, ensuring that the requirements are aligned with customer needs and business goals.

  • Provide clear and reader-friendly product requirement documentation with user acceptance test cases to ensure product deliverables will meet the requirements.

  • Work closely with relevant parties (such as engineers, designers, consultants) throughout the product development process to ensure that the product is delivered on time with good quality.

    Provide judgement based on the good senses of product UX/UI, business, and technical perspectives.

  • Conduct UAT to ensure the quality of the deliverables.

  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and release notes.

  • Provide product support and training to internal teams and external customers, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

  • Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities for product differentiation and growth.

  • Analyze competitors to understand their product offerings and market positioning.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure that our products remain competitive in the market.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant disciplines such as Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or Finance.

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

    Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in product management or consultancy, preferably in a B2B AI software company.

  • More experienced applicants are highly welcomed.

  • Less experienced applicants who are fast learners and highly motivated will also be considered.

  • Excellent communication, documentation writing, and presentation skills.

  • Detailed-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Good planning and execution abilities.
