Job Description
As the Product Manager (Incentives), you will own, build, and optimise incentive mechanics to maximise customer lifetime value (LTV), conversion, and sustainable growth across global markets and verticals.
You will develop scalable, data-driven, and personalised incentive structures through experimentation and targeting to raise user perception of affordability while driving incremental revenue.
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, engineering, design, and data teams to maintain alignment with business objectives while you define and execute a strategic roadmap for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Setting the vision, product strategy and roadmap to drive growth and business impact.Defining metrics to measure the health and success of your products and initiatives.Running experiments to support your product decisions with data.
Identifying and executing opportunities to optimise incentive mechanics across the end-to-end user journey.
Understanding user needs and building delightful user experiences in collaboration with the design team.Aligning with business stakeholders and other product teams to drive meaningful outcomes and ensure cohesive user experience.Leading product execution and helping your squad members thrive.
Working closely with the engineering teams across products to build scalable and robust solutions.
Keeping apprised of innovations and trends in the industry and emerging technologies and inspiring teams to stay ahead of the curve.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Natural Science Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience of around 6 or more years in successfully building products for consumers in growing markets (experience in consumer-facing products is strongly preferred).Efficient in developing product strategies and roadmaps, deriving insights from data and understanding high-level technical architectures.Obsessed with the user experience and have a track record of successful collaboration with designers.Experience running experiments and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data, balanced with product sense, to drive product decisions.Good at leading and influencing, and demonstrated product leadership in the past.Solid experience in leading agile teams and great at turning epics into well-structured user stories.Curious growth mindset, not afraid of challenging the status quo, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good in dealing with ambiguity and able to balance priorities.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
