About the Job:
You’ll play a key role in delivering value to our customers through a mix of established and greenfields projects.
Participating in product strategy, research, and design with our Head of Product, and working with our Head of Payments to deliver our new payments product, targeted at SMEs making cross-border and card payments.
Your responsibilities include:
Product owner responsibilities for IR SG, Payments and our upcoming OTC derivative product lines, covering their integration, development, launch, ongoing monitoring and maintenance
Manage the delivery of quarterly roadmaps through sequencing and planning sprints, managing resources and risks, and working with engineering and QA to deliver a polished product
Propose product initiatives/improvements and their business case justification, through synthesizing qualitative and quantitative product data, alongside strategic priorities
Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that can include among others: prioritized user stories and journeys, metricsinstrumentation, process and fund flows, and API design
Collaborate on the development of our spend management solution covering cross-border payments and card program areas such as production, velocity & limits, mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and card operations
Own go-to-market (GTM) orchestration for your product areas, maintaining product collateral, and syncing with internal teams (compliance, sales, support, marketing), and external payment partners and vendors to deliver successful product launches
Keep abreast of crypto and payment industry trends and regulations to determine upcoming opportunities for your product areas
Experience and Skills we are looking for:
5+ years of experience in product management, with fintech experience essential and experience in payments; cross-border and/or card payments a plus
A T-shaped product manager with deeper competencies in technical and business analyst skills and solid capabilities across other product disciplines
Enjoys taking opinionated stances on product strategy and opportunities to deliver more customer value
Obsessive about craftsmanship in product design and delivery, but able to be pragmatic in development to balance resource trade-offs
Desires to continuously test and learn.
Highly curious towards finding and delivering data-informed learnings and takeaways from both qual and quant sources
Experience in successfully working with geographically distributed teams, and matrix organizations
Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills
Advanced communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to influence and communicate effectively globally and cross-functionally
Exploration of AI tooling within product management a plus
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
Fluent spoken and written English essential.
Second language a bonus.
