What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to delivery and iteration.
Define product vision and strategy based on market research and customer insights.
Translate product strategy into clear roadmaps, PRDs, and actionable work plans.
Drive execution by working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
Coordinate releases, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards are met before release.
Track adoption and usage using tools like JIRA GA4, and identify areas for improvement.
Own key product metrics and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback.
Support go-to-market efforts by preparing release notes and coordinating with internal teams.
Champion the customer voice in all product decisions and cross-functional discussions.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company or B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record managing products across the full product lifecycle - from strategy to delivery.
Strong ability to connect user needs to product opportunities and business outcomes.
Ability to adapt communication styles for technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Solid product thinking and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail.
Comfortable working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GA4 (or similar analytics tools).
Based in Singapore or open to relocating.
