About the role
As TSC.ai enters its next phase of growth, the Product Manager will play a crucial role in advancing the Genie AI platform to new levels of functionality, usability, and market fit.

Working closely with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams, this role combines hands-on product delivery with user advocacy and data-informed decision-making to help drive scalable, customer-centric product outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
Product Execution & Delivery
Collaborate with the Head of Product and stakeholders to execute the product roadmap, focusing on delivering business value aligned with strategic priorities.


Timely review and act on product feedback from clients and internal teams, proactively investigate and suggest feature improvements
Be the product advocate and drive internal knowledge of the tool and features
Translate high-level requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Review, prioritise, and manage product backlog
Run Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and work closely with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.


Track progress and communicate updates across teams and stakeholders
Assist QA with testing
User Experience & Customer Advocacy
Assist in mapping user personas and journeys to understand and articulate user needs and pain points
Collaborate with the UX team to deliver the best experience by building prototypes that support key features or improvements in conjunction with UX/UI designers.


Communications
Support product releases: share internal announcements, conduct internal demos
Create and maintain thorough documentation of product features
Data-Driven Insights & Adoption
Leverage product and user analytics tools to monitor engagement, adoption, and feature usage metrics
Support in the creation and delivery of updated in-app trainings, onboarding materials, and communications using digital adoption platforms
Market & Competitive Awareness
Assist in collecting and analysing market and competitive intelligence to inform product feature prioritisation and positioning.


Support product strategy through competitive mapping and research
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work daily with Engineering, Data, Data Science, Customer Success, Business Development, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Proactively gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and customers into product decisions
What we're looking for
2-4 years of experience in product management in a SaaS offering, preferably in the B2B enterprise space
Good understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum framework, and the software lifecycle
Strong communication skills able to clearly articulate product ideas, issues, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
Fluent English
Strong project management skills
Passion for user-centric design and improving customer experience
Confidence in using JIRA and some experience with product management tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, Confluence, UserFlow, or equivalent
An analytical mindset with a willingness to work with data for insight generation
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Can-do attitude and enthusiasm to learn by doing
