Report to Product and Marketing Manager of Whiz Communications Pte Ltd.
Experience in SIM/eSIM or roaming products is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Support the planning, preparation, and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including coordination with internal and external teams.
Assist in initiatives aimed at achieving monthly subscriber targets.
Seek out and manage new sales channels.
Manage and respond to customer enquiries via Marketing's communication channels (e.g. social media, email).
Provide administrative and operational support for the Travel eSIM product and related projects.
Assist in other tasks or projects as assigned by the Product and Marketing Manager.
