Report to Product and Marketing Manager of Whiz Communications Pte Ltd.
Responsibilities
- Experience in SIM/eSIM or roaming products is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Support the planning, preparation, and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including coordination with internal and external teams.
- Assist in initiatives aimed at achieving monthly subscriber targets.
- Seek out and manage new sales channels.
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries via Marketing’s communication channels (e.g. social media, email).
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Travel eSIM product and related projects.
- Assist in other tasks or projects as assigned by the Product and Marketing Manager.
