The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead Moloco’s product marketing efforts across the APAC region.

In this role, you will own how we position, launch, and market our solutions across diverse and high-growth markets including Korea, Japan, China, India, and Southeast Asia.

You will be responsible for shaping compelling product narratives, creating thought leadership, enabling go-to-market teams, and ensuring that Moloco’s products resonate in APAC’s unique market contexts.

This role is central to Moloco’s regional growth strategy and will serve as a Product Marketing Lead in APAC , collaborating closely with regional pods that include field marketing, campaigns, PR, and design.

You will play a critical role in reducing dependency on global teams by building localized content, assets, and go-to-market strategies tailored to APAC customers and partners.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will:

Develop thought leadership and content

  • Create compelling product storytelling content, including keynote presentations, data reports, industry insights, and customer-facing narratives.

  • Collaborate with customers and ecosystem partners to co-create impactful content such as case studies, event keynotes, and press releases.

  • Establish Moloco as a thought leader in APAC through regionally relevant content and event storytelling.

Build the regional product marketing strategy

  • Lead positioning, messaging, go-to-market enablement, and launch ownership for both APAC-specific products and globally relevant solutions.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams — including Product, Country Marketing, Campaigns, and Sales — to deliver high-impact initiatives across APAC.

  • Adapt global strategies into regionally tailored campaigns that resonate with APAC markets.

Enable successful regional execution

  • Partner with country marketing teams to deliver assets and moments that drive campaign success.

  • Regionalize global product marketing assets (launch materials, enablement decks, web content, research reports) for APAC audiences.

  • Equip sales and go-to-market teams with strong narratives and enablement materials that connect to customer needs.

Measure and optimize

  • Define clear success metrics for product marketing initiatives in APAC.

  • Track impact on campaigns, events, and adoption, using insights to iterate and improve regional strategies.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

We’re looking for a senior-level PMM with a proven record of building impactful product marketing strategies and content in enterprise or B2B environments.

Qualifications include:

  • Deep product marketing expertise : positioning, messaging, customer research, and go-to-market enablement.

  • Content development experience : skilled at creating thought leadership, product storytelling, and technical B2B narratives for senior decision-makers.

  • Regional expertise : understanding of APAC markets with the ability to adapt global strategies to local needs.

  • Domain knowledge : experience in AdTech, mobile solutions, or enterprise retail software is a plus but not required.

  • AI fluency : comfort using AI tools and curiosity to experiment with emerging technologies.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills to work with global, regional, and cross-functional teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in Korean or Japanese is a plus).
