Job description

Thomson Reuters is looking for a talented and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team that focuses on driving growth in our Corporate B2B software product portfolio.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product positioning and messaging, and managing activity to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

This role requires strategic thinking, an understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Based in Singapore, your creativity, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of market trends will be essential in positioning our products competitively and driving business success.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Product Marketing Manager, you will partner with our Corporate Software team to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases in close cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing Segment and other go-to-market enablement functions.

  • Create product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market and develop sales enablement materials, including product collateral, presentations, and competitive analysis.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Use insights to inform product development, marketing strategies and campaigns to drive product awareness, demand generation and customer engagements.

  • Develop sales enablement materials, including product collateral, presentations, and competitive analysis.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global counterparts for alignment and leverage assets and message.

  • Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve product positioning and inform marketing efforts.

About You

You are a fit for the role of Product Marketing Manager if your background includes:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or sales preferably in the technology or information industry.

  • Exposure to the Enterprise B2B Software-as-a-Service and/or professional services sector preferred.

  • Strong understanding of executing and managing customer and market research, and competitive analysis processes.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies targeting multinational corporations within Asia MARI is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated application across strategy, positioning and messaging, and channel enablement.

  • Strong project and matrix management capabilities.

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a field related to the target market.
