Job responsibilities of Product Operation:
Maintain product information and pricing to ensure data accuracy.
Analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, gross profit, product penetration rate, and retention rate, and regularly compile cost reports to provide data support for business decisions.
Establish and refine customer management rules and procedures, conduct meticulous management of customer information, and ensure that customer data is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
Collaborate with sales, backend, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth service throughout the entire process from customer order placement to after-sales service, thereby enhancing customer experience.
Based on data analysis and research, grasp different customer needs, and continuously optimize customer solutions.
Develop operational strategies in stages, covering product listings, marketing plans, and sales tools, to enhance the market share and gross profit scale of specific customers.
5.Responsible for the full-process operation of customers, including market development, customer relationship maintenance, and customer value-added services.
Specifically, it involves quotation and pricing, reconciliation and invoicing, improving customer order gross profit, optimizing fulfillment plans, etc., to ensure the achievement of project performance goals.
Job requirements of Product Operation:
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of experience in the fresh food industry, specifically in market or product operations.
Possess clear logical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen sensitivity to data.
Excellent cross-departmental communication and project coordination skills, and adept at integrating resources.
Strong team spirit, good communication skills, and strong ability to handle pressure.
Possess the ability to solve complex problems.
