Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing internal communication.
- Liaise with logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfilment.
- Assist in managing client communication via phone and email to maintain strong relationships and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Attend select client meetings with senior team members to gain exposure to professional relationship management.
- Accurately process sales inquiries and orders using internal systems and tools.
- Ensure the sales team has access to necessary materials, samples, and presentation aids.
- Address customer feedback and minor issues by collaborating with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Monitor post-sale interactions and follow up to gauge service satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer information and sales activities.
- Identify and propose improvements to internal processes based on daily operational experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Must be comfortable to transition into a Sales role which involves sourcing and meeting clients
