**About the job**
In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem.
We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's product ecosystem.
Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more).
The gTech Users and Products (gUP) organization empowers Google’s ecosystem of products.
In this role, you will work across Sales, Product and Engineering teams as well as end users of our products (like consumers and B2B partners) to make the various products work.
You will leverage both the technical expertise and the operations to bring the magic of Google support to our three billion users and thirty million partners globally.
gUP builds solutions that take user experience and engagement with Google to the next level, supporting users across products, countries, cultures, incomes, and identities.
We advocate for users through partnerships with product areas at Google (and some Alphabet businesses), supporting Google’s consumer products ecosystem and enabling numerous launches for Google’s consumer products each year.
**Responsibilities**
+ Analyze and resolve the pre and post launch technical problems on partner integrations.
+ Understand operational workflows, identify and define tool needs to enable operational growth, drive the development and deployment of these tools internally and with Engineering.
+ Collaborate with Engineering teams to implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end user experience.
+ Support technical integrations with partners, testing advocates for new product features, and ensure the resolution of technical challenges.
+ Enhance support of partner integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing the necessary documentation, technical guidance and training to the technical centralized operations.
