Roles and Responsibilities
· Act as the primary technical expert and subject matter authority for the assigned power IC product line
· Develop in-depth technical content, including detailed application notes, whitepapers, and design-in guides, to enable customer adoption.
· Provide direct, high-level technical support to key customers and the sales team, resolving complex application issues.
· Collaborate with the Engineering/Sales team in Europe and the USA to ensure products meet application requirements.
· Represent the voice of the customer by gathering deep technical feedback and conveying it directly to engineering and marketing.
Key Attributes:
· Deep understanding of power semiconductor applications and circuit design.
· Passion for solving customer problems and supporting design wins with technical expertise.
· Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to customers, sales, and internal teams without direct authority.
· A self-starter who can identify technical challenges and opportunities and drive initiatives to completion independently
Requirements
· Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any relevant discipline
· At least 5 years in semiconductor product management (power electronics preferred)
· Fluency in English and Mandarin (Required for China-based suppliers)
