Job Summary
- Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets and keep the management fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations, regulatory changes and all activities on a timely basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain territory records and submit reports to the Sales & Marketing Lead on a timely basis.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with assigned accounts and territories.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and key stakeholder
- Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in timely manner.
- Plan call objectives before and call analysis after each sales call to improve sales call efficiency.
- Present specialized sales calls to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls.
- Execution excellence align to plan and strategy.
- Organize product workshops, training sessions and deliver scientific product knowledge to customers
- Develop and maintain product and competitive knowledge at all times.
- Ensure all activities comply with AbbVie's policies and compliance guidelines.
- Fully cooperate with other team members (marketing, AMI, sales coordinator, medical affairs team) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.
- Support overall objectives of the business unit, in addition to individual objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or medical-related, preferably with higher qualification in marketing, pharmacy or medical related
Experience
- More than 5 years of pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience in the aesthetic market will be preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry
- familiar with CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches

- Strong presentation & problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with many diverse customers
- Self-motivated person, able to work independently with minimal supervision
