You will help ensure that breakthrough technologies move from concept to real-world practice, improving patient outcomes and shaping the future of healthcare in Singapore.
What you will do
Grow and build trust
- Develop and manage your own territory plan.
- Earn the confidence of doctors, nurses, and healthcare partners through consistent engagement.
- Drive adoption through presentations, workshops, and meaningful follow-ups.
Be present where it matters
- Support procedures in theatres and clinics, ensuring devices are used safely and effectively.
- Guide users through setup, troubleshooting, and best practice in real-world environments.
Educate and empower
- Deliver training to clinicians and staff that is simple, practical, and impactful.
- Create tip sheets, demos, and hands-on learning moments.
Bring innovation to life
- Execute product evaluations, KOL engagements, and workshops with the marketing team.
- Share field insights that shape product positioning and market growth.
Keep things moving
- Care for consignment and loaner stock so everything is ready when needed.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs to keep the team aligned.
Do it right
- Follow healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and AXONVIS's standards of responsible practice.
What success looks like
- Territory revenue and adoption goals achieved.
- Trusted relationships established with clinicians and decision-makers.
- New sites activated with confident, well-trained users.
- Reliable forecasts and a clear track record of delivery.
What you will bring
- Fresh graduates in Biomedical, Health Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, or related fields are welcome.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of sales or commercial experience in healthcare or related industries.
- A natural ability to connect with people and build trust.
- Confidence in clinical settings and resilience under pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort with digital tools and eagerness to learn.
- English required, with additional Southeast Asian language skills an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore.
