What you'll be doing
Conduct pre-sales technical presentations to educate customers on features and benefits of our offerings
Establish and foster good relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders, including keeping them engaged with our diverse Genomics offerings
Develop good rapport with direct accounts and have a good understanding of their requirements
Work with suppliers and other account managers to develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business in long read sequencing, single cell and spatial genomics products
Keep abreast of current industry trends and competitive information
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure needed sales support
Fulfil job responsibilities independently in a timely and proactive manner
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or technical support role related to Next Generation Sequencing
Good understanding of long-read sequencing, single-cell or spatial genomics a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
Problem-solving and analytical skills to provide tailored solutions to customers
Proactive and customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
