Thank you for your interest in working at Bell! This position is an individual contributor role responsible for supporting all fielded Bell Helicopter models.
The PSE department’s mandate is to provide post-delivery support to internal and external customers through services such as technical troubleshooting, creating repair instructions, authoring Service Directives or Technical Bulletins, and spares and warranty support.
This position is based with Bell Textron Asia in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
Processing and responding to end customer requests through formal written and verbal communications.
Providing troubleshooting support to fielded customers’ and Customer Support Engineers’ (CSE) technical problems.
Coordinating support activities for customer logistics, warranty, and spares requests.
Interfacing with internal stakeholders to provide technical guidance.
Occasionally providing on-site support to customers.
Contributing to the team’s overall departmental knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) or equivalent, with at least six (6) years of experience, including four (4) years of field experience.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Knowledge of Bell Helicopter products is an asset.
Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Windows, and capable of learning new software.
Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
A desire to learn; a university degree is an asset.
Self-motivated team player with a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Special Requirements
This role requires a training period of six to twelve months in Quebec, Canada, and Texas, USA, before becoming operational in Singapore.
