Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team in the manufacturing industry.
This role involves developing and managing production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritize work in line with delivery timelines.
- They will handle material and production planning, including the requisition of materials and updating of Bills of Materials (BOM) or implementing design changes.
- The successful candidate will confirm orders based on the availability of materials and production capacity.
- They will also coordinate with purchasing teams to plan and manage material deliveries, preventing excess inventory buildup.
Key Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in planning, preferably with production planning experience.
- A proven track record in the manufacturing Industry.
